Installation is subjected to the availability of the person for the particular location.

As a marketer of the product and a bonding agent between the customer and manufacturer if any grievance is arise then Furniture Mart’s role is limited as a communicator. However customer can report its concern through proper channel within 2 days after receiving the product. After that the concern is not to be entertained.

The product once delivered cannot be cancelled. However if you are unsatisfied or there is a manufacturing defect then the concern should be addressed to the Furniture Mart within 1-2 days so that the solution should be made.

Once the product is installed then cancelation is not possible.
